All Exchange/returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back. All exchange/returns have to be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be completed within 5 working days. You will be liable for the return postage, we prefer recorded delivery for peace of mind. Once the item is received it will take up to 5 days for your refund to appear back on your card minus any postage costs.
